Expect the Unexpected

It's funny what enough peer pressure and bombardment can do to you.  Having followed a very dear friend of mine for a while and reading her blog for what felt like forever, I have been convinced to create one of my own.  I guess the reason why it took me so long was because I never felt like my life is exciting enough to blog about. However, I will start one, just for you Christine (you better read my blog EVERYDAY) and just for the sake of starting one.

Anyways, anyone can guess why the name of the blog is called "Life's Chocolate Box."  This blog will be the generalizations of my life as well as my endless thoughts of randomness.  This will be a look inside a teacher's mind and what it's really like to be a teacher in and out side of school perimeters.  Contrary to popular belief, we teachers do have separate lives outside our classrooms.  This will be a blend of just that, a peek inside my classroom and the endless work I do for my kids.  Though I am a teacher, I do have many other interests in my life, some of which--fashion, food, movies, books, interior design, arts, crafts--just to name a few.  I'll end this short blog with my personal goals that I hope to accomplish and maintain within a reasonable amount of time:

1.  No more speeding, EVER.
2.  Staying and keeping manageable organizational skills.
3.  Focusing on the positive side of life.
4.  Giving people the benefit of the doubt.
5.  Not letting other people's stupidity upset me.
6.  Keep up with this blog.
